- Be current on all tax obligations (Hacienda) and Social Security (TGSS)
- Not be in financial crisis or bankruptcy proceedings
- Complete the digital self-assessment on the Acelera Pyme platform
Application Process in 8 Steps
- Get a digital certificate from FNMT or set up Clave Permanente for electronic government procedures
- Register at acelerapyme.gob.es/kit-digital
- Complete the auto-diagnostico (15-minute mandatory digital maturity assessment)
- Wait for voucher resolution (2-4 weeks processing time)
- Choose your digitizing agent from the catalog (over 10,700 registered agents)
- Sign the service agreement defining scope, deliverables, and timeline
- Solution deployment (maximum 12 months from agreement signing)
- Justification and verification by Red.es, after which payment is released to the agent
The client does not pay the agent directly for the voucher-covered amount. Red.es pays the agent upon verified completion. This eliminates the upfront cost barrier that prevents most SMEs from adopting AI.
